Writing this review just over a month since the service was completed. Classic case of a stone ship that was just too big to patch and a replacement was our only option. After a few minutes of Google searching we came across Auto Glass Oshawa and decided to trust the strong review rating they had and we quickly discovered it was for good reason. My wife and I are thrilled with the service and quality of work that was performed on our vehicle. The crew here was very helpful and patient with me and communication was incredibly easy through texting. Some highlights include: 1) Next day appointment availability (called in around 3:50pm so understandable same-day was not available) 2) Choice in either premium generic class or OEE glass 3) Lifetime warranty! UPDATE: A couple weeks after our glass replacement we noticed a rattling sound every time we were driving at high speeds or hitting bumps in the road. We called Alex about this issue and he booked us quickly for a test drive to inspect the problem. He was able to pinpoint where and why the sound was happening and made a quick adjustment to our replacement to prevent it happening again. Alex and his team definitely follow through on their lifetime warranty and are always willing to learn and solve a new problem! Thanks again!! Alex did an amazing job on my car. I had no issue with the replacement of my windshield, however there was a strange sound that I heard while driving after the replacement and I had to return a few times to see if it could be fixed. It wasn't something that commonly happens when you replace a windshield, but Alex was able to discover what the issue was and solution for it. I'm very happy with the service and the amount of care and diligence that was put into everything. I highly recommend Auto Glass and I would use them again in the future.

I dropped my car off in the early morning before the shop opened. I was given detailed instructions on the shop location, where to park and where the key drop box was. I would highly recommend Auto Glass Oshawa to anyone seeking to have their windshield replaced. This is the 3rd time I’ve had to have the windshield replaced on my Hyundai Santa Fe. The owner explained that there is a design quirk that might be the cause of the issue and he remedied it so that it won’t happen again. No one else (including the dealership) did so in the past. Outstanding, thorough and quick service. The price was very fair (compared to the previous experiences elsewhere). These are good people to do business with.

Yep, have to agree with everyone else. Alex is a courteous and fast and efficient professional. Replacement was $500 - which was my deductible - and he managed to save me half of that. He also provides a lifetime guarantee against bad seals - water or wind leaks - same as the other big auto glass places. And he also gave me a pretty nice pen to boot. I gladly recommend them for windshield replacement.

I shipped around Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa and got several quotes from different competitors and found Auto Glass Oshawa offered the best price. Not only did they offer the best price, but they also asked important questions that some of the other competitors did not. 1) Did my windshield have a wiper sensor 2) Did I have deductible insurance. When I took my car in ( the same day) they took the time to inspect the area around my windshield to identify any pre-existing issues, scratches or chips in the paint, which was beneficial for both the company and myself. When I picked up my car they explained the proper care for the new installation and had taken the time to wrap the tip of my wiper blade (as the rubber was loose which was noted at pre inspection) so it would not scratch the window before I could get it replaced. It was a seamless experience and I highly recommend Auto Glass Oshawa!

I had to get my windshield replaced Auto Glass Oshawa about 2 weeks ago. I paid out of pocket, not wanting to involve my insurance, and in total costed me just a touch over $400 for the top grade. The team was incredibly nice and worked quickly to replace my windshield. They explained what they were going to do, and took approximately 2 hours to complete it. Stone chip got repaired on the front windshield. Since the stone chip was 2 years old, the owner stressed that he might not be able to fix this and that he doesn’t want me to pay him for a service that he might not be able to perform well. Very happy with the service I received at Auto glass Oshawa. I had a bad chip that was borderline windshield replacement. Thrilled to have my new front windshield and even happier about the service provided at this shop. Initially, I leaned towards Speedy or Apple auto glass; however, found this place on the internet and from the start they had great communication and were highly accommodating. Very professional. Got windshield replaced here for about half the cost of well known auto glass chain and could have been even cheaper if I had opted for aftermarket glass as opposed to OEE. Windshield had been replaced a few years ago so I don't know OEM, but the OEE glass installed here is same manufacturer as all of the OEM door glass on my van. They were very detailed and took the time to review things before and after, I was impressed with the level of service.

I needed to replace my windshield ASAP on my 2019 Rav 4. I called Thursday and had my car in by Saturday. The results are amazing, the glass looks better than the factory glass and it was installed super quick. They were very informative about any questions I had and showed nothing but professionalism. Alex and his team fixed my 2012 Honda civic windshield and got the same manufacturer as my original windshield and side windows. Worksmanship was excellent. Guaranteed no leaks for the windshield’s lifetime. Will come back to get my window’s checked next. Alex contacted me as soon as he got my email and provided me with some quote. He called me after to confirm the type of windshield and the difference between generic and the original brand I had installed. For a small difference, I went with the original brand. Best place to get windscreen fix. Visited today for my car windscreen replacement and another vehicle for a chip repair. Timely, professional, friendly, good customer service, highly competitive prices.. I tried to get this done, from some mobile auto replacement person from kijiji.. but they backed off once I asked about their business name to search customer reviews, this tells a lot what kind of shady business others do. My advice, save your vehicle and get it done right by a business who stands behind the warranty.
Wow can't believe how honest this shop was. Took my truck in to have the windshield replaced and was told he could do it but was informed that if there was rust it would have to be cleaned and it might leak I was told to think about it cause he didn't want to make it worst and if I still wanted it done to book it another day so they had time to fix it properly nice to see some honest people in the business I will definitely know where I am bringing my vehicles from now on thanks alot Auto Glass Oshawa

10/10 rating. I called over 12 different places to replace my BMW front windshield. I was being quoted 900-1000 dollars from 35% of the other shops, absolutely disgraceful. This shop completed the work in 2 hours for 300 dollars after tax!! Unreal, perfect customer service 50 dollar deposit, appointment 2 days after phone call. Waiting room with flat screen tv, chairs could be better for sitting for 1-2 hours. Very clean and professional environment. I would never recommend any other shop for auto glass repair but this place.

I had 2 cars done. One with 3 stonechips and another that needed a full windshield replacement. On both occasions, I had the best service and price discounts made available so I was given the option whether to pay out-of-pocket or go through insurance depending on my deductible. Brought in my BMW 328i for a new windshield, they were fast and professional, they also stocked the OE venders glass which was great as it maintained the the sound dampening of the car, they also did a great job remounting the rain sensor and my 407 transponder. I never post google reviews but these guys by far exceeded my expectations. My windshield was hit by a golf ball on Friday evening and I was looking to get it replaced ASAP. By Saturday morning I began calling around getting quotes from my dealership and Speedy which were gonna charge me approximately 540-600 plus tax. I was first skeptical about contacting smaller shops but after reading some amazing reviews I decided to give these guys a call when they opened at 10am. I was quoted 340 plus tax for the replacement and they were able to book me an appointment for noon. When I got there they had a nice waiting room for customers with a TV and I was lucky enough to catch some shark week. The install took about 1h and 15 mins. The customer service skills of both men were impeccable and my new windshield looked exactly like when I first bought my car. Overall I had a completely new windshield within about 16hours of the incident, for nearly half the price of anywhere else. I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know.

I called late on a Friday and Alex happened to answer before heading home, (the shop was in fact closed). I was desperate to repair the driver’s side window of my van as it was a very cold weekend with snow in the forecast. He quickly called the warehouse and had the part in stock. He was fully booked the next day but took the van anyways- telling me he hoped he could work it in between appointments. The van was finished within 24 hours of my call. Great service ! I waited a month before doing the review to make sure everything is fine, the replacement window survived the weather and works good. I called on boxing day but didnt leave a message. 9am on dec 27 their staff called me and gave me a quote right away. They even had it in stock! Price is reasonable and service is very efficient. I went to their shop around 10:45am and they complete the replacement in an hour. Good job guys!!

I have 3 vehicles. I had a stone chip in one windshield and had a large crack in each of the other 2 vehicles. I called Alex and scheduled him to come to my home a couple of days later to do the repairs. His work is excellent, his prices are better than all others, and he is very professional and is a nice guy. He cleaned up after the install and his work was perfect. On Thurs March 17, 2016, I had my wife's windshield replaced by this Company. Fast, mobile service was offered, butI requested it be done inside because it was supposed to rain that morning. I was sent to a place in Scarborough on Midland Av. Met up with an installer named Craig, who did the job outside, because it turned out to be a beautiful, sunny day. He did an awesome job! Call Zee to set up an appointment, and request an installer named Craig. He's been doing windshields for 18 years. It only took 1 hour and 15 minutes. Great job! Thank you so much.

Alex was friendly, quick and has a good eye for detail. First time visiting this Oshawa location just south of 401 off Ritson Road. It was just 20 minutes from my home in North Whitby but worth the drive. My appointment was right on the dot on time. And he got the repair done efficiently while I waited comfortably in a quiet and very clean lounge watching news on TV with a convenient washroom nearby. Happy to recommend this business! UPDATE edit: after my review was posted I was called and they agreed to fix the issues I had, after the fix I will now agree the customer service was better and I have reflected that in my review. I got my rear window replaced here and when I got there after 7 hours all of my interior lights were on, they messed up the door sensor, my wiper is now over an inch away from even touching the window, I was told it was a manufacturer defect (the sensor) I found out that’s not correct, they claimed to not be mechanics and that they did not know how to fix these issues nor was it their fault. I didn’t have either of these issues up until I dropped my vehicle off, they proceeded to play around with wires even though they were aware they didn’t know how to fix the issues, told me it wasn’t their job to clean the glass up or fix anything that could’ve been damaged from replacing the window. With the price and customer service I am super disappointed now, I paid to have one thing fixed and ended up with two other things broken and needing repairs, they had zero solutions and made me feel it was not their responsibility or fault for anything that could have gone wrong. With reviews being so good I was hopeful for a smooth fix. Unfortunately I am left with more issues then I started with. Very poor customer service overall and very argumentative when I asked for help.
Very disappointed in the experience. The windshield replacement install and appointment went great. However, a few months after the replacement, the side trim started to fall off. Looking at the trim it was clear some of the clips were broken during the install. The bottom windshield panel that wasn't replaced also had most of it's clips broken, so it was hardly holding on other than by the wipers. Their response was that it was "normal wear and tear". When I contacted the company their response was that they would replace the side trim and for me to tape them down until I could get it in. They continued to state that they would not take any further responsibility for the damaged parts. I emailed them about the issued on a Friday, which they responded to the next day (Saturday), I responded late that day and did not hear anything until Monday morning at 9:30am, where they asked me to come in by 11:00am the same day (giving me 1.5 hours to get there). I'm addition to the damaged parts, the replacement windshield surface displays a weird texture when it is cold, foggy and wet. Even while cleaning it with automotive window cleaner it fogs up and becomes spotty. To me it looks like they use the cheapest parts available.
Well, I've been going back and forth about writing this review and I've finally settled on sharing my experience with Auto Glass Oshawa. I have a brand new 23 Tacoma and was unfortunate enough to get something come up and crack my windshield. Due to my amazing experience with this company several years ago with my Corolla and my partners recent experience with them, I called them up. Upon picking up my truck I didn't even think to examine the work on the spot as it had anewwinshield with no crack, which was a mistake!! I first noticed there was so much black adhesive that seemed to have squished out from between the windshield and truck it was quite an eye sore which made me take a look around the truck a little more closely. On both sides of the windshield there were what appeared to be 'tool pry' marks deep into my paint and then I noticed they used white strips of tape to remount my dashcam which was really unsightly to say the least. All of this is bad, but what's worse is, when I returned to the business the next day, Alex wanted to argue with me that these pry marks were stone chips (both were near the windshield and 2 marks side by side on each side of the windshield) on my brand new truck. After several minutes of him trying to justify everything other then he was responsible he finally said, yeah this was probably us and agreed to fix it. I really wanted to give the business a chance to fix this which also might have been a mistake not to ask how it was going to be fixed. The fix was a scratch repair kit from Toyota that he did himself which has turned out looking pretty bad. The dash camera issue, omg! He told me he was being nice by putting it back on as he does windshields not other thing installations and if the customer wants black tape, he would usually have the customer order their own tape. I ended up buying some really good mounting tape from Amazon but hadn't changed it over yet. When he was doing the paint touch up he put the dashcam back on the windshield after I told him I would deal with it. The freaking thing fell off while I was driving on the highway and broke my dashcam!!!
I thought I was dealing with a local shop, but when I needed warranty service, found out that there only mobile and aren't from the Durham region, let alone Oshawa
