Alex did an amazing job on my car. I had no issue with the replacement of my windshield, however there was a strange sound that I heard while driving after the replacement and I had to return a few times to see if it could be fixed. It wasn't something that commonly happens when you replace a windshield, but Alex was able to discover what the issue was and solution for it. I'm very happy with the service and the amount of care and diligence that was put into everything. I highly recommend Auto Glass and I would use them again in the future.

Amazing workmanship, great pricing and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend Auto Glass Oshawa. Alex was amazing to deal with. I dropped my car off in the early morning before the shop opened. I was given detailed instructions on the shop location, where to park and where the key drop box was. Alex kept me well informed throughout the day on any concerns. I had a small rust area under the glass where he repaired before the installation of the new glass. When I picked my vehicle up after hours, the work was very clean inside and ouside the vehicle. My invoice, business card and a nice pen was neatly placed for me. I would highly recommend Auto Glass Oshawa to anyone seeking to have their windshield replaced. This is the 3rd time I’ve had to have the windshield replaced on my Hyundai Santa Fe. The owner explained that there is a design quirk that might be the cause of the issue and he remedied it so that it won’t happen again. No one else (including the dealership) did so in the past. Outstanding, thorough and quick service. The price was very fair (compared to the previous experiences elsewhere). These are good people to do business with.
